As you enter your senior year, it can be stressful figuring out what to do after UCI. We invite you to join the Counseling Center, Alumni Association, and Division of Career Pathways for a series of 75-minute workshops designed to help seniors prepare for graduation and how to navigate life after UCI. Register for the workshops offered below designed to help graduating seniors. Workshop themes vary quarter to quarter but have included preparing graduating seniors for life after college in the area of emotional and social transition/stress, financial planning, resume building and interview skills, building social connections, and many more.
Register for the workshops offered below designed to target concerns for student preparing for graduation, but beneficial to all.
Please note that you must register in order to attend.
All workshops will take place at the Division of Career Pathway’s Training Room (unless otherwise noted)

Networking 101
Thursday, October 1st, 2026, 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm
Workshop held in Division of Career Pathways Training Room
If the word “networking” makes you a little uncomfortable, you’re not alone. In this interactive career lab, we’ll cover the foundations of effective networking and help you develop the skills that support career exploration and professional opportunity. You will practice short networking scenarios to learn how to introduce yourself in various social settings, build rapport with professionals, and conduct informational conversations that can lead to internships and jobs.

Journey to Graduation and Beyond: Motivation and Values

Hear from Counseling Center staff about preparations leading up to graduation and beyond, building and maintaining motivation, and understanding how to use your values to guide your decision-making.
